Nkechi is a Senior Associate in Okey IP Law Firm with over 14years experience in Litigation, Intellectual Property, Corporate and Commercial matters having advised clients on the commercialization of patents and Patent Prosecution. Nkechi, began her Law Practice with C.J Amasike & Associates and Kayode and Co, an Intellectual Property firm where she garnered litigation and corporate matters experiences. Thereafter she moved on to join and Opara and Co, where she was the head of Intellectual Property and Corporate Pratice before joining OkeyIP. Nkechi studied at the oldest privately owned University in Nigeria, Madonna, where she obtained Bachelor’s degree in law.
Nkechi, is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, Nigerian Bar Association, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration of Nigeria, and a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
NANCY TERWASE SHIKAAN

Nancy is a Legal Practitioner of over 12 years at the Bar with a wealth of knowledge in Litigation and other related legal matters. She is a Graduate of the University of Abuja, Nigeria where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in law (L.L.B) and a Bachelor of Law Degree (B.L) from the Nigerian Law School, Agbani, Enugu Campus Enugu State. She is resourceful, smart, and efficient. She worked with Emeka Etiaba SAN, Etiaba & Co,. Etiaba Chambers as Counsel for several years before joining OkeyIP Law Firm as a Senior Associate. She has also worked with Home Securities Ltd as a Personal Assistant to the Executive Chairman.
She possesses a sound professional work ethic, is proficient in research and a good team player.
She is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association, a Member Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators, and a certified Project Manager.
SAMSON OJODOMO ONUCHE
Samson holds a bachelor's degree in law (LLB) from Kogi State University and a Barrister at Law (BL) from the Nigeria Law School Abuja. He was admitted to the Nigeria Bar in 2016 to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and he is well experienced in Litigation. He is also a master's degree Candidate in Public Law (LLM). He is a certified Professional Negotiator and Mediator (PNM) and a Dispute Management Analyst.
Samson has successfully demonstrated passion in litigation of intellectual property matters over the years and has authored several international and local academic papers on emerging areas of Law in Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association, Professional Mediators and Negotiators and the Internet society of Nigeria.
VIVIAN USMAN

Vivian Studied Law at the University of Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria, and graduated in 2018, attaining a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B), with Honours (Upper Division). She was on the Dean's Honours Roll- Award list for Academic Excellence at the University. Vivian has worked at West-Idahosa & Co., Abuja as an Intern, and a State Counsel with the Ministry of Justice, Katsina state, Nigeria before joining OkeyIP as an Associate. She Possesses strong organizational skills, analytical reasoning, proficiency in research, and the ability to prioritize and set timelines for tasks. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association
OSUAGWU JESSICA CHIDINMA

Osuagwu Jessica Chidinma holds a bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from Abia state university and a Barrister at Law degree (BL) ,with Honours (Upper Division) from the Nigerian Law School,Kano Campus. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators and a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
She is Result-driven and possesses Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
FEMI OJOMO
Femi is the Senior Paralegal/Agent in OkeyIP having worked in an administrative capacity at the Trademarks, Patents, and Designs Registries of Nigeria during his National Youth Service. Femi has a diploma in microbiology from the ADEKUNLE AJASIN UNIVERSITY, AKUNGBA, Ondo, Nigeria. Thereafter, He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Calabar.
Femi is an experienced Manager with the skills and the ability to be able to adapt easily, and provide solutions to issues, with strong reporting skills.
CHINAZOR EZEKWESIRI CHIBUIKE
Chibuike obtained a B.sc in Applied Microbiology and Brewing from NNAMDI AZIKIWE UNIVERSITY, AWKA, ANAMBRA STATE and a diploma in Computer Operation.
Chibuike has attended several workshops on management including the General HSE Competence Development Training Compliance 1-3) Conducted by Boerig and IFTDO Accredited an organization.
Chibuike has the ability to thrive and succeed in different environments and a good crisis management. He has at worked HOJ Communications Nig. Ltd. Rivers State as an I.T Officer and the Patent & Design Registry as an Office Assistant. He is a Paralegal/Agent with OkeyIP.
ESTHER NEWTON ERETINGHE

Esther Newton Eretinghe is the Business Development Manager and Admin for Okey IP law firm. She processes a degree in Communication and Media Studies from Pentecost University College, Accra Ghana. She has wealth of experience in communications and administration. She gathers her wealth of experience from working in different law firms as an Executive Administrator both in litigation and intellectual property firms. She is also certified in Hospitality Management and Sales Fundamentals.
OLA TAYO STEPHEN

Ola Tayo Stephen is an Assistant Admin with Okey IP law firm who assists Attorneys in performing their day-day activities. She provides status reports, conducts search, and research, and track the progress of applications and portfolios in the firm.
Tayo obtained Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kogi State University Anyigba. She has worked as an office Assistant at the Patent Office of the Federal Ministry of Trade and Investment during her National Youth Service.
DAVID IYALA
David Iyala works with officials at the Patent office of the Federal Ministry of Trade and Investment to update and maintain the firms Patent records and files. He has in-depth knowledge on Patent filing, registration and general Patent maintenance service.
